Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Project has not commenced (within 24 hours of payment)
  • Failure to deliver agreed-upon services
  • Technical impossibility to complete the project as specified
  • Breach of contract by KANI Results

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after project commencement
  • Dissatisfaction with delivered work that meets agreed specifications
  • Client-caused delays or lack of cooperation
  • Completed projects that have been delivered and approved
  • Third-party service fees (hosting, domains, app store fees)

3. Partial Refunds

For projects that are partially completed, refunds will be calculated based on the work completed and resources utilized. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at refunds@kaniresults.com within 7 days
  2. Provide your order number and reason for refund request
  3. Allow 5-10 business days for review
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days

5. Dispute Resolution

We encourage clients to communicate concerns before requesting refunds. Many issues can be resolved through collaboration and project adjustments.
