By accessing and using KANI Results services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website development, traffic generation, and consultation services operated by KANI Results ("us", "we", or "our").

KANI Results provides the following services:

• Website Development: Custom website design and development services including responsive design, SEO optimization, and mobile compatibility.
• Website Traffic Generation: Targeted visitor campaigns to increase website visibility and engagement through legitimate traffic sources.
• Expert Consultation: Professional advice and strategy sessions for digital marketing and business growth.

All services are provided on a project basis with specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing as outlined in individual service agreements.

Payment is required in full before service delivery begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payments through PayPal and other approved payment methods.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the client.

For consultation services, payment is required at the time of booking. For website development and traffic generation services, payment is required upon order confirmation.

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership rights to custom website designs and content created specifically for their project.

KANI Results retains rights to proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and general business processes used in service delivery.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have proper rights to any content, images, or materials they provide for use in their projects.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals within reasonable timeframes
• Ensure all provided content complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the engagement
• Use services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Project timelines are estimates based on standard project scope. Delays may occur due to client feedback cycles, content provision delays, or scope changes.

Website development packages include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional charges.

Traffic generation campaigns begin within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation and run for the specified duration.

KANI Results shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

We do not guarantee specific results from traffic generation campaigns or website performance, as these depend on various factors beyond our control.

We provide technical support for website projects according to the support terms included in each package (ranging from 1-6 months based on package tier).

Support includes bug fixes, minor content updates, and technical assistance. Major redesigns or new feature development are considered separate projects.

Traffic generation services include monitoring and reporting for the duration of the campaign.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement.

KANI Results may use completed projects as portfolio examples unless specifically requested otherwise by the client.

Client data and business information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Consultation services are non-refundable once the session has been completed.

Website development projects may be cancelled within 48 hours of payment for a full refund, provided no work has commenced.

Traffic generation campaigns may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the campaign has not yet started.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services.

We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

Client data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except as necessary for service delivery or as required by law.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations between the parties.

If resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where KANI Results is incorporated.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify existing clients via email.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and KANI Results regarding the use of our services, superseding any prior agreements between you and KANI Results relating to your use of the services.
